Orders & Shipping
We are happy to provide complimentary delivery within Lebanon and to international destinations.
To confirm the availability of any product, please send us an email at christellehabibjewellery@gmail.com and a whatsapp message on one of the following numbers : +961 70 135 046 or +961 3 958 773. Your message should include the item photo and the date you wish to receive your product. We will reply within 24 hours.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 5 to 14 business days, depending on stock status and the selected payment method.
An invoice will accompany your shipment.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your reference.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are applied in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to Lebanon are not subject to import duties.
Christelle Habib Jewellery is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the Client, nor for any loss, theft, or receipt of the product by a third party on behalf of the Client.
Exchanges & Returns Policy
Products purchased in Lebanon or internationally may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in excellent condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling may be refused or may be subject to additional charges at the sole discretion of the Company.
Exchanges are accepted only for items of equal or superior value.
If the Client prefers a refund instead of an exchange, a restocking and handling fee of 15% of the item’s original purchase price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the Client requests an exchange after the initial 30 days and up to 5 years from the date of purchase, a fee of 25% of the product’s original price will apply.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes incurred for returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the Client and are non-refundable.
Pricing & Payment Options
The price of each product is determined by several factors, including the value of diamonds, gold, and precious stones, as well as the manufacturing cost and the design of the piece.
Prices are not displayed on the Website, as the value of gold and precious stones is subject to continuous fluctuation. Prices may increase or decrease depending on international market variations and on the sourcing of diamonds and precious stones.
In order to ensure accuracy, transparency, and credibility, all prices are established upon request. Clients are therefore invited to contact us via WhatsApp or through the Website’s messaging system to receive the current price of the desired item.
For international payments, settlement may be made either by bank transfer or through Whish.
Prices communicated upon request are valid for a limited period and are subject to confirmation at the time of purchase.
